Paul Taylor
Managing Director
For over 13 years Paul has advised and guided organisations throughout the globe to achieve high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality management.
Paul is a HSEQ professional who can deliver results to tight deadlines and high standards. He is a degree qualified professional with experience with in the onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, hydro, power utilities, rail, marine, port, general construction and facilities management sectors delivering projects up to and in excess of £1bn+ in value.
Paul is a motivated individual who is driven by the challenge of influencing standards and cultures within the work place or on projects.

Stephen Dunlop
Head of HSEQ Services
Stephen is a highly motivated and enthusiastic safety and environmental professional with experience of working across a wide range of industries, with the ability to deliver results to tight deadlines at high standards.
He is a masters qualified professional with over 20 years practical experience in the following industries; onshore and offshore wind, solar, defence, engineering, marine logistics, marine engineering, ports, general construction, pharmaceuticals and facilities management working on a wide range of projects from £10,000 to over £1bn.

Gary Williams
HSE Consultant
Gary has worked with Salus since its inception as a Health and Safety Consultant.
Gary has a background in retail, construction, electrical and gas installation.
Gary also has experience in Warehousing and Battery Storage all of which strengths Salus Safety Solutions team capabilities. Gary will be based out of our South England office in Windsor

Kate Thomson
Project Support Manager
Kate has worked with Salus since its inception, helping shape operations; her roles has developed with her career aims and she is now project support for CDM and safety related projects.
Kate has also completed the Level 3 NVQ course in Occupational Health and Safety and her IOSH in Managing Safely.

Jonathan Green
Senior HSE Consultant
Jonathan has been employed in a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) capacity for the last 18 years for a number of organisations throughout the UK. He has a background in the construction industry, with practical experience in a number of specialist sectors including renewable energy, utilities, and the management of hazardous waste. He is experienced in meeting stringent deadlines and working in high-pressure environments where timeframes and quality standards are
pre-determined. He has a wide range of experience and a robust level of training to complement each of the required SHEQ functions.

Chantelle Taylor
Project Support Adviser
Chantelle joined the Salus Team in December 2020. She is our current Project Support Advisor.
Chantelle is also currently studying to complete her BA (Honours) degree in Business Management (Innovation and Enterprise).

Amy joined the Salus Team in December 2020 as Marketing and Business Support
