Alongside her continued growth, Kim plays an important role in supporting the wider team with project coordination. Her responsibilities include preparing Health & Safety files, drafting Pre-Construction Information, and attending client and contractor meetings. These practical experiences complement her formal qualifications, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of industry standards and the high level of service Salus is known for, while strengthening her ability to contribute confidently and effectively across a range of projects.
